"My kids, ages 9 and 10, absolutely loved lacrosse camp this summer! Emily and her team of counselors made camp extra fun, working in variations on the sport like lacrosse capture the flag and lacrosse baseball. There was strong focus on stick skills and game play, but also just on familiarizing kids with the sport and having a good time. "

Why Learn Lacrosse?
Lacrosse is a niche sport that is still growing. It’s the fastest growing sport at both the college and international levels with dozens of programs starting up annually. There are currently more lacrosse playing and coaching opportunities than there are experienced humans to fill them.
- Lacrosse is an easy sport that presents itself as hard. The growth curve is steep at first but after a year or so it becomes extremely simple. Our specialty is getting kids through this growth curve as efficiently as possible.
- Natural athletes do extremely well and often have more success on the lacrosse field in 1-2 years than they had in other sports they’ve played their whole lives, like soccer or basketball.
- You can start playing later and go on to play in college, sometimes even at a high level. It takes work but it is very doable. It is a HUGE advantage to start playing before 8th grade.
- You can play to your strengths and compensate for inherent “weaknesses”. I get many players who never hit their stride in other sports but flourish on the lacrosse field.
- There are SO many cool international playing/coaching opportunities including official national teams! If a player's grandparent was born in a different country, they are eligible to compete nationally for that country.
"My 2 sons loved lacrosse camp! They learned so much in a week and are already asking to do it again next summer”
