Elementary Community Mini Spring Teams for Girls
Learn lacrosse in a fun and simple way! Community programs powered by Spark. We provide equipment, coaches training, consistent programming and bring programs directly to the communities we serve. We aim to make lacrosse accessible and convenient without traveling far distances or purchasing expensive equipment.
We're offering a mini team experience, that allows younger girls to learn and apply the basics of lacrosse in a team oriented setting, without travel. Girls will learn skills and get to know each other on the field, applying their skills in game-like scrimmages. This program will be run by a Spark Trained coach and all programs will be consistent to their methodology in teaching the game.
We teach a modified game that's consistent and designed to teach developmentally appropriate skills in the most effective/fun way possible. Practices twice a week and local scrimmage opportunities on weekends! Programs will run through March and April and are open to girls in 2nd-6th grade who are newer to lacrosse.
Open Scrimmages: Saturdays @ Westridge School 9:30a- 11am
All participating players will have the opportunity to test their skills with their group. Relaxed, modified, short field scrimmages give girls the chance to have fun while also learning what it feels like to play in a game like setting.

Both of these programs run concurrently and are the same programs just on different days at different locations. This is to allow for busy schedules! We're also fairly flexible you do not need to attend every practice if you have other commitments. Our goal is to get girls excited about lacrosse by making it easy and accessible.
