Become a coach 

Give back and learn how to teach lacrosse! 

Summer coach training for players in 8th-12th grade looking to become junior coaches. One of the best ways to give back and improve your own player development is to teach! Learn how to break down and teach lacrosse skills quickly and effectively. Learn how to manage and moderate large group of kids ranging in ages, skill levels, and attention spans. Upon successfully completing the program you will receive a certificate, be eligible for further paid/volunteer leadership positions within Spark, and be able to use Coach Mukai as a  professional reference. 

Program Requirements 
Complete Girls Lacrosse for Beginners ONLINE Course 
40+ hours of training minimum (those who complete more hours may be eligible for paid opps later on in the summer OR will receive first pick of paid/leadership opps in the fall) 
Post-Training Interview + feedback with Coach Mukai 
ALL TRAINING HOURS CAN ALSO BE USED FOR COMMUNITY SERVICE
